Fashion For Summer

There are a lot of reasons why people go for summer fashion. For one, it’s the best time to wear shorts and flip-flops. Also, it’s when most people go on vacation, which means there are lots of opportunities to wear swimsuits and cover up with big beach blankets. And, finally, summer is when the weather is usually at its hottest. So wearing cool clothing is a way to stay cool without having to do much work. In other words, summer fashion is all about staying comfortable while looking great!
There are several different types of summer fashion. For example, there’s casual wear like t-shirts and shorts, formal wear like skirts or dresses, and casual/formal hybrid that can be worn as either casual or formal depending on the occasion.

6 Ways to Look Great In the Heat

The heat of summer is almost unbearable, especially in places with high humidity and not much greenery. The hot weather drains us of our energy and makes it extremely uncomfortable to go outside. This is especially so if you are working in an office or somewhere that requires you to dress formally. Hence, we need to find ways to look great in the heat of summer even when we are feeling less than stellar because of this sweaty weather. Read on for some useful tips to help you do just that!

Stay hydrated

The number one tip to look great in the heat is to stay hydrated. Sweat is your body’s way of regulating its temperature, so you are not necessarily sweating because you are hot. However, if you are sweating excessively, your body is working overtime to cool you down. This is not healthy because it will cause you to become dehydrated. To avoid this, you should stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and other non-caffeinated beverages that will not further dehydrate you. Additionally, you can also keep some electrolyte replacement drinks in close reach just in case your water intake is not enough to keep you hydrated.

Wear light, breathable fabrics

What you wear will have a big impact on how you look and feel in the heat, so be sure to choose light, breathable fabrics that are suited for the season. Woven fabrics are great for summer because they are lightweight and tend to be more breathable than other fabrics like denim. Knit fabrics are also a great option as they are very stretchy and tend to be more breathable than woven fabrics. You can also experiment with different textures. While lightweight fabrics are a good option, consider using fabrics with more texture such as linen or a lightweight silk. They will look great on you and are less casual than woven fabrics.

Light makeup and natural hair

The last thing you want to do is wear a lot of makeup and hair products when it’s so hot outside. Try to keep your makeup light and natural, and avoid products that are heavily pigmented or sticky at all costs. Remember that you may be spending the day in an air-conditioned office, so there is no need to wear anything dramatic or heavy. You can tone down your makeup by using a lighter foundation, lightening up your eyeliner, and using a light lip color. When it comes to your hair, try to keep things simple and go for a low-maintenance style like an up style or braids that’s trending now.

Change up your accessories

This is another great tip to look great in the summer. You can match your accessories to your outfit, but choose something that is lightweight, such as a woven scarf, a lightweight clutch, lightweight earrings, or even a lightweight belt. You can also use accessories to spice up your outfit a bit. Try layering a lightweight ring or stacking a few rings together, or even trying a bold color statement piece like a colored watch.

Find a place with air conditioning

We all love to spend time outdoors, but sometimes it just isn’t feasible. If you can’t avoid being indoors for most of the day, try to find a place with air conditioning. It may be a coffee shop or a library, but find a place that will keep you cool and comfy. You may even choose to go to the library every now and then because it is a great place to work even during the summer. You can always bring a change of clothes and a pair of slippers with you so you can change into something more comfortable once you get to your destination.

Don’t forget to check your outfit in a mirror

This is a common mistake many people make when they are out on a hot summer day. You should always check your outfit in the mirror, especially if you are wearing a new piece of clothing. Make sure your outfit is not too bold or loud for the setting of your day. You can ask for a friend’s opinion or use a dressing room with a mirror at the mall if you need to. Keep in mind that there are certain items of clothing that are more suited for the heat than others. Looser fitting clothes tend to be more comfortable as they allow for more airflow and do not trap sweat as much.

The key to looking great in the summer is to layer your outfits and to wear lighter fabrics. Keep your makeup and hair simple, and remember to stay hydrated and find a place with air conditioning if you have to go out. With these tips, you’ll be sure to beat the heat and look great while doing so!

True Inspiration

We all have that one thing that inspires us to go on, something or someone that keeps us going, no matter how difficult life gets. For some it might be a close friend, family member, or even a pet. But for others, the inspiration can be found beyond human companionship. There are many things this world has to offer, and the beauty of it is that everyone finds something different within these things. You just need to know what you’re looking for in order to find it. But there is no place on this earth that can give us more inspiration for our lives than the Holy Bible. God’s Holy word has inspired from the beginning. Through inspiration God reveals who He is and in a way He is sharing Himself with us. Who He is inspires us to believe, give, receive, love, be healed, delivered and strong. Below you will find scriptures that inspire us as God reveals Himself to us.

When we believe in God, we trust in Him to lead and guide our lives into every good work. No matter what area we are hurting, his word always inspires us to believe that He can give us inspiration to stand on so we will not fall.

The Bible makes it abundantly clear throughout its pages that we are called to give generously. Even in Exodus chapter 35, we see the Israelite generously contributing materials and time to the construction of the tabernacle. If any of those people had decided to withhold the materials or skills they possessed, the tabernacle would not have been built. The most important fact about giving is that God gave his only Son to lead us, guide us, save us and so much more.

God appreciates a cheerful giver and a cheerful receiver .Jesus stated in Luke 6:38, “You will receive what you give. They will pour into your lap in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Whatever measure you give to others, you will receive in return.” God will never stop wanting us to receive his love, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

John 15:12 says, “Love one another as I have loved you.” Do everything in love, according to 1 Corinthians 16:14. 1 Peter 4:8: Above all, deeply love one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. Ephesians 5:21 says, “Submit to one another in reverence for Christ.” I don’t know who came up with the phrase “Love conquers all,” but I love it!

God declares our body be healed just as He speaks, “BE HEALED.” In Jeremiah 17:14, He says to God, other people have forsaken you Lord, but for me, “Heal me, Lord; save me; for you are the one I praise.”  “And everyone tried to touch him because power was emanating from him and healing everyone.” “‘But I will heal your wounds and restore you to health,’ declares the Lord.”

Jesus is the great deliverer from sin, the great deliverer from enslavement, and the great deliverer from death. To me being delivered is like getting a brand new life, a new start, another opportunity to live for God.

Isaiah 41:10 “So fear not, for I am with you; be not discouraged, for I am your God. I will help and strengthen you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” “The Lord is my rock and my salvation; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will exalt him; this is my father’s God, and I will exalt him.” Just remember, being spiritually strong means knowing that the strength of your Father God is available for you if you want it as much as you need it.

These are just a few scriptures that encourage and inspire me, but there are many more that you and I can draw strength from day by day.

why work at home is attractive

No matter where you live or what kind of job you have, sometimes you just need to get away from it all. Working from home offers the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and focus on something you need to get done. Working from home may sound great, but for some people, it can be a bit of a challenge. Not everyone is a natural at staying focused when they’re by themselves. Even if you have a home office where you can work, it can be difficult to get started every day. This is where an online job agency like Work from Home can come in. They can connect you with companies that have openings for remote employees, meaning you don’t have to leave your home to find a new job. Here’s why working from home is attractive to some people: https://bit.ly/3vUCHOv

Everybody has a hobby

When someone does not have a hobby, they are described as boring or less ambitious. But in reality everybody has a hobby.  To find this in every person look at the things about them that you compliment on.  You might look at a woman’s fingernails, then compliment her on the designs she has on them.  She may reply with a thank you and tell you that she puts a different design on them every week. She may not call it a hobby, but maybe she thinks it’s just something she likes to do and things you like to do are called hobbies. A person may like to watch movies or TV shows, that’s their favorite hobby. Just think about sports fans. Being around them tells you when it’s the season for their favorite sport, because it has become a hobby for them to support their favorite team.  My mother loves to take care of flowers. She has a green thumb and always keeps them alive, that is truly her hobby. She also likes gardening because she grew up on a farm. She loves when planting season comes, that means she’ll find someone to till (break up the dirt) in her garden area so she can plant on time.

My favorite hobbies are writing, painting and designing. I started writing in high school when in my English class we had to memorize a poem every week. I kind of liked the flow of poetry so for a while all I did in my early adulthood was to write poetry. Then I started taking classes in creative writing. It lasted a while. I don’t know where I lost interest. But I think it was when I had to work dead end jobs to make ends meet. I had no time for it. Because I was always tired after work, I had work at work and work at home. But that’s life and what I made of it.

Now that I have gotten into painting, it has become my favorite, because even if I’m tired I can splash some paint on a canvas. Nobody can judge because it’s what I wanted to do and it’s just a hobby. If you are struggling to find a hobby, start trying things you have an interest in or try my favorite painting.

Painting relieves stress, promotes mental wellness, and gives the satisfaction of creating something yourself, that will add to the decor of your home or become a great gift for someone else.

It’s good to know that our struggles gives more strength instead of anger. Because for so long, when I was struggling I would get mad and blame myself for making the wrong decision that brought it on. But God is good. He takes what we go through not to teach us a lesson but to make us stronger.

Write about something that makes you strong. #Bloganuary January 25, 2022

Struggles in life do not have to be your downfall. Accept them and let them become your strength. Let it shape you. My struggles make me stronger and better!!

Going through the struggles have certainly made me stronger. My struggles brought me to my knees, thus drawing me closer to God and that makes it all worth it! The happiness I have gained and the peace I have experienced after becoming closer to God has made the struggle more than worth it.

If my family and I had not gone through everything, I would not be getting closer to God like I am now. I would not be studying His Word on a daily basis, I wouldn’t have the patience and peace I am now experiencing.

Without my struggles I would not know the joy of knowing that God’s…
