If we look to the root of the word, inspire means to breathe life into something. To give someone or something energy, passion and purpose. When we inspire others, we open up their hearts, minds and imaginations. We give them the tools they need to turn their lives into what they dream of and what they truly deserve. Being inspiring is all about leaving a positive mark on the world. It’s about making a difference to the people around you. Inspiring others makes you feel alive, it gives you a genuine sense of purpose and it’s an incredible feeling.

The art of inspiring through words

Words are an incredibly powerful tool. They can be used to uplift and they can be used to tear people down. The words you use, the language you speak and the words you write can have a huge impact on the people around you. Language is a virus: the more people hear it, the more people will use it. You can inspire others through your words in several ways: – Share your knowledge: You don’t have to be an expert in everything to inspire others. You just have to share your knowledge and experience with others. You can do this by writing blog posts and books, or being interviewed for podcasts and videos. – Use your words to empower others: Words are incredibly powerful. They can uplift and inspire, or they can tear people down. Use your words to empower others, not to tear them down. Be mindful of the words you use when you speak and write, and use them to inspire others to be their best selves. – Be an agent of positivity: Be an agent of positivity in your everyday life. Be mindful of the words you use and the way you interact with others. Be the person who lifts others up, who inspires others to be their best selves.

The art of inspiring through actions

What can you do to inspire others? What can you do to leave a positive mark on the world? Inspiring through your actions is a great way to inspire others. If you have a skill or a talent that you can use to positively impact the world, then you can inspire others through your actions. You don’t have to be an expert to inspire others through your actions. There are so many different ways you can use your actions to inspire others. Here are a few examples of how you can inspire others through your actions: – Share your knowledge: You can share your knowledge with others in a variety of ways. You can write blog posts, create videos and create podcasts. – Be a mentor: Mentor others. Find like-minded individuals who you can help along their journey. Be someone who makes a positive impact on the world by helping others to be the best versions of themselves. – Use your skills and talents to help others: Use your skills and talents to help others in any way you can. Whether that’s through your profession, volunteering or donating your time and money to causes you care about, you can make a positive impact on the world.

If you’re looking to inspire others, here are our top tips. – Be yourself: Inspiring others means being yourself. It means being the best version of yourself. It doesn’t mean pretending to be something you aren’t. – Stay true to your values: Your values are what make you who you are. Stay true to your values, and use them to guide you through life. Use your values to determine which actions you take and how you interact with the world. – Be mindful of your actions: Be mindful of the actions you take. Be mindful of the words you speak. True Inspiration

We all have that one thing that inspires us to go on, something or someone that keeps us going, no matter how difficult life gets. For some it might be a close friend, family member, or even a pet. But for others, the inspiration can be found beyond human companionship. There are many things this world has to offer, and the beauty of it is that everyone finds something different within these things. You just need to know what you’re looking for in order to find it. But there is no place on this earth that can give us more inspiration for our lives than the Holy Bible. God’s Holy word has inspired from the beginning. Through inspiration God reveals who He is and in a way He is sharing Himself with us. Who He is inspires us to believe, give, receive, love, be healed, delivered and strong. Below you will find scriptures that inspire us as God reveals Himself to us.

When we believe in God, we trust in Him to lead and guide our lives into every good work. No matter what area we are hurting, his word always inspires us to believe that He can give us inspiration to stand on so we will not fall.

The Bible makes it abundantly clear throughout its pages that we are called to give generously. Even in Exodus chapter 35, we see the Israelite generously contributing materials and time to the construction of the tabernacle. If any of those people had decided to withhold the materials or skills they possessed, the tabernacle would not have been built. The most important fact about giving is that God gave his only Son to lead us, guide us, save us and so much more.

God appreciates a cheerful giver and a cheerful receiver .Jesus stated in Luke 6:38, “You will receive what you give. They will pour into your lap in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Whatever measure you give to others, you will receive in return.” God will never stop wanting us to receive his love, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

John 15:12 says, “Love one another as I have loved you.” Do everything in love, according to 1 Corinthians 16:14. 1 Peter 4:8: Above all, deeply love one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. Ephesians 5:21 says, “Submit to one another in reverence for Christ.” I don’t know who came up with the phrase “Love conquers all,” but I love it!

God declares our body be healed just as He speaks, “BE HEALED.” In Jeremiah 17:14, He says to God, other people have forsaken you Lord, but for me, “Heal me, Lord; save me; for you are the one I praise.”  “And everyone tried to touch him because power was emanating from him and healing everyone.” “‘But I will heal your wounds and restore you to health,’ declares the Lord.”

Jesus is the great deliverer from sin, the great deliverer from enslavement, and the great deliverer from death. To me being delivered is like getting a brand new life, a new start, another opportunity to live for God.

Isaiah 41:10 “So fear not, for I am with you; be not discouraged, for I am your God. I will help and strengthen you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” “The Lord is my rock and my salvation; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will exalt him; this is my father’s God, and I will exalt him.” Just remember, being spiritually strong means knowing that the strength of your Father God is available for you if you want it as much as you need it.

These are just a few scriptures that encourage and inspire me, but there are many more that you and I can draw strength from day by day.

Weight Loss After Having Your Baby

Learning how to lose weight fast and easily after having a baby can be easier now because of the internet. There are so many different diets on the web that will give you a good start. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that if a healthy woman gets pregnant she will gain 25 to 35 pounds before the baby is born. But during my first pregnancy, I gained 52 pounds. Can you imagine how I felt carrying all that weight around?  Now I am relieved to hear that according to the CDC that almost half of the women gain more weight than they recommend during pregnancy. I realize that the baby weighs a few pounds and so do the placenta, amniotic acid, breast tissue, blood, the uterus, and extra fat, but too much fat gained is called baby weight. If that weight stays on your body your weight will increase as time goes on, diabetes and heart disease will be at a higher risk. So it’s best to work on a plan during pregnancy to lose weight after the baby is born.

Why is baby weight hard to lose?

After having your baby your body has to take time to heal. But while your body is healing you don’t have time to do a lot of things you should be doing like exercise, sleeping and eating right. So taking care of the baby is taking most of your time, you are really not thinking about losing weight.

Never stop eating to cut calories because your metabolism is not the same as before you had your baby. If you don’t eat your body slows down when it’s not getting the necessary nutrients for you or your baby if you are breast feeding. When breast feeding, your metabolic rate speeds up which calls for you to take in extra calories just to make the milk healthy for your baby.

If you are choosing the wrong foods just to have something that’s convenient for that time it could be costly for you. You should plan meals ahead of time to be sure of nutritional value. Health experts recommend that nursing mothers take in 2500 calories in a day. It is hard when there is a new born to take care of. Even I had trouble getting things done when my children were infants. I ate when I could, sleep when I could and so on for cleaning and personal things. Sometimes I had help and it meant a lot to me, so thankful.

Staying hydrated is important when trying to lose weight. Most women don’t get enough water. You should drink about half the weight of your body. Staying hydrated keeps you from overeating, helps gut health, your metabolism, keeps your energy level up, and helps regulate your mood.

10 Tips to help with weight loss

  • Be realistic when you set your goal for weight loss – It would not be realistic for me to plan and lose over 50 pounds a month after pregnancy. Because after 1 or 2 years the expected weight after the baby is 10 pounds.
  • Crash diets are not the way to go – Using low-calorie meals will not give you enough good nutrition for you or the baby. You need the energy to take care of the new baby and if you are breastfeeding the milk needs the nutrients for the baby.
  • Put lots of protein in your diet at breakfast – Proteins in your diet will help metabolism, decrease your appetite, and cut down on your calorie intake. Some proteins are lean meats, eggs, fish, beans, nuts, seeds, and dairy.
  • Breastfeeding your baby – Breastfeeding has benefits for you and your baby. It provides nutrition, helps the immune system to fight viruses, bacteria, other diseases like diabetes, and asthma in your baby. It helps lower the mother’s risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and breast and ovarian cancer.
  • Watch calories when eating – This will let you know where your problem areas are and get the energy and nutrition for your health.
  • Put a lot of fiber in your diet – Fiber – grains, and vegetables help with weight loss, it helps you to feel fuller by reducing hunger.
  • Choose foods with nourishing nutrients – Foods with the most nourishing nutrients are Salmon, Kale, seaweed, garlic, shellfish, potatoes, liver, sardines, shellfish-clams, oysters, scallops, and mussels.
  • Take extra sugar out of your diet – Taking in too much sugar is very high in calories and can cause weight gain and has no nutritional value. Sugar will also cause an increase in diabetes, heart disease. A few foods and drinks that are high in sugar are sugary drinks like soda and fruit drinks. Foods are cakes, pastries, biscuits, white flour, and processed foods. Eating vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, eggs, and yogurt are great alternatives instead to eating sugar.
  • Get the sleep you need at night – Obesity can come when you’re not getting 5-6 hours of sleep at night. When not getting enough sleep slows down the way the body makes calories into energy, this called metabolism. If the metabolism is not active the body makes energy that’s not being used as fat.
  • Keep your stress level down – When you are continually under stress it will make you hungry and you will eat more. It will set off the hormones known as adrenaline and cortisol that decrease your appetite. The cortisol tells the body that nutrition needs to be replaced with carbohydrates a necessary fuel. The insulin sends the sugar that comes from the carbohydrates from the blood to your muscles and brain. If the sugar is not used it will be stored in the body as fat. Exercise is also important when trying to keep your stress levels down and recommended for keeping the weight off.

Losing weight after childbirth is never easy. But you can do it by listening to your body to see what’s needed. Exercise and eat right to assure your success in losing your baby weight. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if needed. Because every new parent needs a break sometimes, so they can come back strong and ready to meet every challenge that will be there.

God’s Truth

Faith Cometh

Believe it or not 2020 has come and gone, it brought so many people into 2021 a sad beginning, and our hearts totally goes out to those that are hurting because they’ve lost a loved one or a dear friend. Now we only have a memory of how things used to be, thinking on the good things we smile, thinking how much we miss them we cry. I lost an uncle, the life of every party, and a lot of close friends. But many of my family members got COVID-19; we were so blessed to make it through. Unexpectedly the virus still hangs around seeking whom it can devour.

Some of us need a visual presentation to have faith in God; oh the flowers are so beautiful this year, God is good. What level of faith in God is this? Because the flowers come back every year at the same time and they are as beautiful as the year before, it’s their due season and we are so thankful for them. But to see what has transpired in our world these few months shook everybody and God was our witness. Because it’s kind of hard to understand what has happened, never believe that God allowed this because he is angry with us.

I’m asking God the Father right now to build our faith from little faith, to greater faith, then perfect our faith to be obedient to him as He helps us to learn what this is all about. I’ve thought about this long and hard, what has this done to our faith or for our faith? But the word of god has made it so clear that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  So when we study to hear the word of God it builds our faith from little faith, to greater faith and then perfected faith in God.

1 Timothy 4:1-14 GNB

The Spirit says clearly that some people will abandon the faith in later times; they will obey lying spirits and follow the teachings of demons. Such teachings are spread by deceitful liars, whose consciences are dead, as if burnt with a hot iron. Such people teach that it is wrong to marry and to eat certain foods. But God created those foods to be eaten, after a prayer of thanks, by those who are believers and have come to know the truth. Everything that God has created is good; nothing is to be rejected, but everything is to be received with a prayer of thanks, because the word of God and the prayer make it acceptable to God. If you give these instructions to the believers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, as you feed yourself spiritually on the words of faith and of the true teaching which you have followed. But keep away from those godless legends, which are not worth telling. Keep yourself in training for a godly life. Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is valuable in every way, because it promises life both for the present and for the future. This is a true saying, to be completely accepted and believed. We struggle and work hard, because we have placed our hope in the living God, who is the Saviour of all and especially of those who believe. Give them these instructions and these teachings. Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but be an example for the believers in your speech, your conduct, your love, faith, and purity. Until I come, give your time and effort to the public reading of the Scriptures and to preaching and teaching. Do not neglect the spiritual gift that is in you, which was given to you when the prophets spoke and the elders laid their hands on you.
